Steve Kerr trolls James Harden and ASU in Game 1

The Warriors and the Rockets started their much anticipated playoff series on Sunday and it was as intense as everyone had hoped.

The Rockets took the Warriors to the brink last year and entered the series playing arguably the best basketball of the year.

If they have any chance to win, they're going to need an Avengers level superhero performance from the reigning MVP in James Harden.

Enter Steve Kerr who decided to playfully toll Harden during a quick stop in action during Game 1. Kerr is an University of Arizona legend starring for the team's 1988 Final Four teams and a proud disciple of Lute Olson, teased Harden about Arizona State, where Harden starred from 2007-2009.

It was a light moment during a heated first game that saw both sides complaining extensively about the referees and the Warriors ultimately winning 104-100.

We know where Kerr and James Harden stand on UofA vs. ASU but maybe the better question is how the refs feel about it.
