What do we know about the 2019 Arizona Cardinals? We know things are vastly different on paper headed into this season. New Coach. New sexy QB. New defensive scheme & new offensive scheme. New defensive coordinator. New rookie wide receivers. Will it work out? It very well could but shouldn’t we approach this season with some skepticism. We haven’t seen any of these things in actual practice in a meaningful NFL game and until then the skeptics of this team are 100 percent justified coming off a 3-13 season.
It’s also justified to be optimistic about this season too. If everything listed above winds up gelling together on the field like it does on paper and Kyler Murray is indeed the real deal it’s very possible the Cardinals will be in the playoffs sooner than later.
On Monday our show erupted into a chasm between the optimistic Alex Clancy and the skeptics among the show.
Whose side are you on?
