Coyotes Announce Sponsorship With PGA Tour Golfer Hudson Swafford

Arizona Coyotes President & CEO Ahron Cohen announced today that the team will be sponsoring PGA Tour golfer Hudson Swafford during the 2020 Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale.

The Tallahassee, Florida native has competed in 160 PGA Tour events including his win at the 2017 CareerBuilder Challenge and eight career top 10 finishes. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound Swafford attended the University of Georgia and turned professional in 2011.

The 32-year-old Swafford will wear a hat featuring Coyotes branding throughout the tournament. Additionally, he will have Coyotes themed headcovers on several of his clubs. Swafford will also be tossing Coyotes items into the crowd on the famous 16th hole.

In addition, fans will have an opportunity to win Swafford's tournament worn autographed hat. If Swafford hits a hole-in-one or wins the tournament, all fans who entered to win his signed hat will be entered into a drawing to win Coyotes season tickets for the 2020-21 season. Fans can enter to win atarizonacoyotes.com/wmo.

Additionally, the Coyotes and Mountain America Credit Union will host an on-ice putting challenge after the Coyotes game on January 30th against the Los Angeles Kings. Fans that donate $10 on-site following the game to the Coyotes Foundation can participate in the putting challenge. The winner will receive and opportunity to spend 60 seconds in the Mountain America Credit Union Money Machine to win some cash.

The Coyotes previously sponsored PGA Tour golfer Jeff Quinney during 2008.
