Was Sean Miller Out of Line With Response to Investigation Question?

Arizona Wildcats head basketball coach is changing things up a bit with how he responds to questions about the pending FBI investigation. Miller told an out-of-town reporter the usual "no comment," followed by a new addition "you can go back to Phoenix now."

Was Miller out-of-line for telling the reporter to head back up I-10 to Phoenix or does he have a right to be frustrated with being asked over-and-over about the investigation?

Yahoo! Sports reported on Monday preliminary notifications have been sent out to representatives of both Miller and LSU basketball coach Will Wade that they will be subpoenaed for the April 22nd federal basketball corruption trial.

Another reporter says Miller was already asked about the subpoena, to which he responded "no comment."

It's been a trying season for U of A, which has won back-to-back games on the heels of a seven-game losing streak. The Wildcats are 16-12 overall and 7-8 in conference. Miller assistant Mark Phelps was fired earlier this month over a reported NCAA violation.

Ex-assistant Emmanuel "Book" Richardson reached a plea deal with federal prosecuters in January in the bribery case.

The end of April could provide clarity for the basketball program moving forward beyond "no comment."

The 'Cats visits to Oregon State on Thursday and Oregon on Saturday. Both Pac-12 tilts can be heard on Fox Sports 910 Phoenix as Arizona fights to get onto the NCAA Tournament bubble.
