Donovan McNabb: Aaron Rodgers Now Comparable to Eli Manning

Six time Pro Bowl Quarterback Donovan McNabb joined me on The Drive and made a eye opening comparison for current Packers QB Aaron Rodgers.

McNabb was discussing the Packers chances of making a Super Bowl run sitting atop the NFC North right now at 11-3:

"I'm not sold on Green Bay. All these people are sold on Green Bay because they're waiting for Aaron Rodgers to be Aaron Rodgers. Let's be honest, Aaron Rodgers hasn't been Aaron Rodgers for the last five or six years. He's almost become Eli Manning to the point where he hasn't had a playoff win in at least four or five years."
And so we're hanging off of `He's the best to ever do it. I've never seen a better quarterback.' Listen, I'm tired of people saying that because we've seen mobile quarterbacks. We've seen quarterbacks that can put up great numbers. Yeah, he'll have 20-something touchdowns and one pick. That's fine. But if you ain't winning, it don't matter."

Earlier in the interview, McNabb felt the Pro Bowl voting that elected Rodgers to his 8th Pro Bowl team was political and felt Dak Prescott deserved to be recognized.

Additionally, he discussed his Super Bowl thoughts heading into Week 16 and whether the Arizona Cardinals rookie QB Kyler Murray would benefit more from the team adding a true #1 WR or a true #1 franchise LT.
