Ian Rapoport joined Jody Oehler to discuss the options for the Arizona Cardinals with the 16th overall pick during the 2021 NFL Draft.
Jody asked Ian about the chances that either of the Alabama receivers will be available at 16.
Rapoport:
"I would be surprised if either of those guys were there. I don't think it'll be DeVonta Smith. Could it be Waddle because he's a little more of a specialty player? Maybe. I think if Arizona is going to get one of those receivers, they probably have to trade up for him."
Rapoport on who he thinks the Cardinals will take:
"I think they'll take the best available. What if Zaven Collins is there at 16? Versatile player. Similar to Haason Reddick. Put him right in. That'd be kinda be something I'd sorta think about. So that's my guess."
"...But I could also see them maybe coming up a couple spots for one those Alabama wide receiver if they're there."
