Chris Broussard: “If they had Kyrie Irving was on the team right now, he’s be better with LeBron than he would be with Luka. Maybe the Mavericks should look at a sign and trade with the Lakers, but LeBron is going to be a year older next year we can’t rely on him to get 25 a night.”
George Wrighster:“Absolutely not... A player like Kyrie is going to cut into your budget for other players, the Lakers have enough scorers. They have to continue to bolster their roster without sacrificing key players like Reaves.  If you put Kyrie on this team they would be beating the Nuggets but if you got him he would implode the team.”

Tonight on The Odd Couple, Chris and George Wrighster talk about the possibility of Kyrie Irving going to play for the Los Angeles Lakers next season. With the Lakers down 3-0 to the Western Conference Finals to the Nuggets right now, the Lakers may not be at their best and need another piece to get them to the Finals. With LeBron coming to the end of his career, the guys go back and forth on who would be the right fit to get this deal done for Kyrie & the Lakers.
